Bacon Rose Garnish
Ideal garnish for any plate. This Bacon Rose Garnish will be the perfect compliment to any starter, salad or entree.

Slice into strips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Start by rolling up the bacon from edge to edge.
Cross two toothpick through the bottom of the bacon roll to keep in together.
Take another piece of bacon an pin it to the toothpick. Now as you go around the bacon roll up with the new piece of bacon, constantly turn it to make ridges that look like petals.
Cut two other pieces of bacon in half to represent petals.
Put another toothpick through the bottom of the rose for added support
Place bacon rose and petals on a rack in a preheated oven and cook for 50 minutes or until brown all the way through. The petals will only need 20-25 minutes
Allow to cool and garnish it with spinach and roasted red peppers on any dish you desire.
