Bacon Wrapped IPA Jalepeno Poppers
Delicous Jalapenos stuffed with cheese, wrapped with Bacon, Marinated in a hoppy IPA Ale, dredged in Panko breadcrumbs and fried to perfection.

  1. Cut the peppers down the middle and remove the ribs and seeds.
  2. Combine the cream cheese and cheddar cheese and stuff them into the pepper half
  3. In a separate bowl, mix 12 oz of IPA beer with corn starch and flour
  4. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each stuffed pepper and let it soak in the beer mixture for up to 30 minutes.
  5. After the pepper has settled for 30 minutes, dredge each pepper in bread crumbs and fry in a frying pan with a generous amount of oil. Make sure your brown all sides of the pepper.
  6. Remove and put in the oven on low heat to stay warm or serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

The Bacon will flavorful but not crispy. It will compliment the gooey cheese, zesty pepper and crispy crust.
