Instructions
  1. Toss wings with salt, pepper, four and cornstarch until completely coated.
  2. Deep Fry the wings for 10-12 minutes or until you get the desired crispiness. You can also baked them in the oven at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes if you do not have a deep fryer
  3. Remove Wings from the deep fryer when the meat runs clear and the wings are nice and crispy. (10-12 minutes)
Bang Bang Sauce
  1. Mix the Mayo, Sweet and Sour Sauce, Sriracha together with a whisk.
  2. Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked wings
  3. Coat the wings completely with the sauce and serve immediately.
